YOUR PEOPLE DON'T NEED
ANOTHER
BORING SPEAKER.

They need someone who can read the room,

make them laugh, get them thinking, and give them something they’ll actually use when the event is over.

NOT YOUR
TYPICAL
SPEAKER
.

I don’t walk into a room with a canned speech and give the exact same thing I gave the last room.

I pay attention to who’s in front of me. I read the room. I adjust. Because what works with one audience can completely miss with another.

I use real stories, humor, and the kind of examples that make people think, “Oh. I do that.”

And I don’t want them leaving saying,

“She was a great speaker.”

I WANT THEM LEAVING KNOWING

WHAT TO DO DIFFERENTLY.

YOUR EVENT ISN'T THE LAST

EVENT I SPOKE AT.

YOUR PEOPLE STUFF
PEOPLE
 ACTUALLY
DEAL WITH.

So I’m not going to treat it like it is.

These are examples of where we can go, not a list you have to choose from.

Tell me who’s in the room, what they’re dealing with, and what you want them to walk away with.

I’ll build from there.

PEOPLE ARE

EXPENSIVE

Spot the communication habits costing time, trust, talent, and money, and know what to do differently.

NOBODY TAUGHT YOU WHAT TO SAY

Walk away with actual words for hard conversations, awkward moments, and the stuff people usually avoid saying.

WHAT I SAID,

WHAT YOU HEARD

Understand why people communicate so differently and how to adjust so your message actually lands.

WHY ARE PEOPLE SO... PEOPLE-Y?

Better understand the humans around you so you can communicate, respond, and work with them without losing your mind.

I KNOW PEOPLE.
I'VE SPENT 20+ YEARS STUDYING THEM.

I’ve spent more than two decades teaching, leading, speaking, and figuring out why humans communicate the way they do.

I’m a communication expert, author, retired Air Force officer, and one of only four True Colors® Master Trainers worldwide.

I also have a PhD in Organizational Leadership & Human Psychology.

But credentials only get you so far.

If I can’t take what I know and make it useful to the people sitting in your room, none of it matters.

THINK I MIGHT BE
RIGHT FOR YOUR ROOM?

Tell me about your event, your people, and what you

want them to walk away with.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

That’s what the conversation is for.

Not sure exactly what you need yet? That’s okay.

That’s part of the conversation.
