I'VE SPENT 20+ YEARS STUDYING THEM.
I’ve spent more than two decades teaching, leading, speaking, and figuring out why humans communicate the way they do.
I’m a communication expert, author, retired Air Force officer, and one of only four True Colors® Master Trainers worldwide.
I also have a PhD in Organizational Leadership & Human Psychology.
But credentials only get you so far.
