WHO MADE THIS

Hi. I'm Dr. Renea.
Reformed rambler.

22 and a half years in the military. Went in enlisted. Came out an officer. In between I watched the wrong words in the wrong moment end careers, kill deals, and implode relationships that should have been fine.

I became a little obsessed with that. Fine. Very obsessed.

I went on to earn a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with certificates in communication, personality, and emotional intelligence. Because apparently I needed academic confirmation that words are, in fact, everything.

I also wrote a children's book series about a hedgehog who handles his feelings.
I teach emotional intelligence to tiny humans AND full-grown ones. It's a whole thing.

Now I work with coaches, course creators, and service providers who are genuinely exceptional at what they do and genuinely terrible at communicating it. I say that with love because I have been that person.
