Building Resiliency

Enhancing your capacity to heal, grow, and flourish is essential in the midst of stress and adversity. Through direct personal experience, participants will discover that they can change the way they think, act, and feel and respond more effectively to the challenges they face. This workshop is helpful for anyone interested in learning how to identify and cultivate their capacity to care for themselves, thrive, and flourish during stress and adversity. Participants will how to center themselves by calming emotions and thoughts, observe the situation and views nonjudgmentally with self-compassion, and harness strengths to make choices that enhance both personal and collective wellbeing.
